Rebound exercise is fun and a rebounder DVD will keep you motivated! It is an amazing way to exercise. Rebounding exercises use the force of gravity to strengthen every single cell of the body. Just the act of jumping on a rebounder is very beneficial to health. It aids in flushing toxins out of the lymphatic system. Working out on a rebounder increases balance, energy and endurance without the impact on joints.
Exercising on a rebounder without a workout routine can become a little bit boring after a while. Working out with a rebounder DVD will help you stay motivated. When I bought my rebounder I was very excited but after a while I started looking around for rebounding workout routines to follow. It wasn‘t easy for me to learn how to do rebounding exercises from reading the books I had. It’s obvious, people learn better how to do something if they see it actually being done. So, I started looking for a rebounder video. It wasn’t easy. I remember paging thru catalogs and searching all over the Internet at night and long into the wee hours of the morning. I finally found several rebounder videos I liked. A few of my favorites are, “Bounce Before You Jump”, by Linda Brooks, “Keep On Rebounding”, by ReboundAir, and “Champion Rebounding”, by Jerry James.
Rebound exercise remains a popular way to exercise. However, there are a lot of new people discovering rebound exercise for the first time. I’m sure they’re looking for a good rebounder DVD, just as I was when I first bought my rebounder. This hub (article) is to help those who are searching. While doing research for this article, I found that there is a definite need for new material. I found that many of the same rebounder DVDs I bought several years ago are still in circulation today. There aren’t very many new rebounding DVDs out there. Some young reboundologists need to produce some fresh rebounder DVDs. Anyway, I’ve compiled a list of several rebounder DVDs here in one place for you to consider. This list includes rebounding DVDs for all fitness levels and many different styles. There are lots of rebounding exercises. You’ll be surprised at some of the creative rebound exercise moves there are. The workouts on these rebounding DVDs include exercise styles ranging from pilates to kick boxing. Enjoy and keep rebounding!
Bouncin' In The House - Blanche Black
Beginner level
Run
Time: 40 minutes approx.
This is a 2 part DVD. Part one is a cardio
workout that progresses from 3 minutes in the 1st week and ending with
20 minutes in the 4th week. The 2 part is a 12 minute stretching and
cool down session to be done for each workout.
Smart Bounce - Blanche Black
Intermediate level
Run Time: 37 minutes approx.
Workout begins with a short standing warm up, then 3 minutes prep of bouncing, followed by 20 minutes of rebounding jogging, jumping jacks, knee lifts, etc. Blanche finish with 12 minutes of stretching and cool down on the rebound mat.
The Bouncin' Circuit - Blanche Black
Advanced level
Run Time: 60 minutes approx.
Workout starts with a short stretching warm up, then 3 minutes of bounces alternating with resistance band strength training. You will burn both fat and carbohydrates . Workout ends with stretching and toning cool down.
Urban Rebounding Workout DVDs
There are numerous compilations of rebounder DVDs by creator J.B. Berns. This DVD is #4. Each DVD has several workouts on it with different styles ranging from Box and Bounce, Dance Bound, Hip Hop Bound,Kick Bound, Old Fashion Hi/Low, Latin Bound, Ballet Bound, African Bound, etc. Each workout has a different workout leader specializing in that particular style of workout.. Each compilation has at least 3 or 4 different workouts on 1 DVD. Fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

Then goes immediately into lots of moves and reps. Lots of leg work. The workout ends with abs workout on the mat of the rebounder and cool down.
Carol's Health Bounce - Carol Brophy
Running time approx. 30 minutes. Educational information on the health benefits of rebounding to start, then a fun workout. The workout includes a gentle warm up and cool down with a 20 minute rebound workout session in the middle.

Linda Brooks is teaches the benefits of rebound exercise, proper techniques, even correct posture. Video contains 3 workout sessions. 1 for each level (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).
Jerry James - Champion Rebounding
This is a low impact, highly intense rebounding video by Jerry James. This is a good workout video starting with a warm up, low bounce, then goes more intense with creative moves. The workout includes boxing moves and Jerry James' "Pit bull" drill at the end. He is very humorous and moves among the students and encourages them, that not only can you have "six pack" abs, but "twelve pack" abs.
Champion Rebounding For Kids
Running time approx. 60 minutes. A fun. low impact rebounding workout for kids. Workout includes basic aerobic, kickboxing moves that teach coordination, timing, rhythm and balance.
